• The claim form should be duly filled, signed and sent to the insurance company for claim processing.
• In addition to the duly filled claim form the original health bills should also be sent to the insurance company or the TPA.
• The claim would be processed within 15 days only after receiving all the necessary claim related documents.

In case of any missing documents the company would intimate the insured and the claim would be put on hold until the required document is received at the insurer’s end.
