The transition from an HR to a CEO.
Learn the secrets of Happiness@work, in just 9 hours.
A Highly Engaging Workshop specially designed for CXOS.
It's time to give our employees something they really want.
Something that makes them really happy.
Something that inspires them to come back to work in the morning
Something that makes them to do their best work.
After about half a century of technological progress, life seems to have come a full circle. Henry Ford must be turning in his grave saying “I told you so”. How right was he in realizing that people were the real asset class for an enterprise. People management was never easy, but Covid-19 brought in a paradigm shift in the way employees perceive work. With the great resignation and quiet quitting, human resource folks have never had a tougher time. Employee engagement was never an easy task, but Covid-19 has hit the ball out of the park. Today's employee is disenchanted, disgruntled and disillusioned by work. Doesn't it leave you wondering, if only there was something you could do, to ensure that your star employee walks out of the office door happy and returns back the next day with a sense of gusto, raring to go.
We all want happy and engaged employees. But where does one start? With a clear plan and a bit of guidance, you can leverage your existing HR department to help manage the process of creating a happy and engaged workforce — one that is more productive and profitable, and less likely to quit or need costly re-hiring. At the end of this workshop, participants will leave with the knowledge necessary to turn their organization's culture around, as well as an actionable plan for implementation.
"Not working to Fullest is the way of protesting by an employee". If the above statement connects with you, then you are most probably in and are constantly looking for methods to align your employees to company goals.
The secret lies in creating a Happy Workplace.
Employees spend more than 50% of their productive time in office.
If corporations can make this time as employees happiest time, every employee will start working as CEO.
Considering AI and Robotics will take away most of the functions of HR, what do you think will be the future of HR?
Do you agree that “employee happiness” is the only ability which cannot be automated and delegated by HR leaders?
And Hence this will become the only performance matrix for HR leaders in the future.
And because of the recent pandemic, the future has arrived faster than we all expected.
Now is the perfect time to start implementing an Employee Happiness Culture.
Learn to see happiness not as an abstract concept but as a scientific concept which can be learned and implemented in our everyday lives. The actions required “to be happy'' are totally different from the actions required “ not to be unhappy”. This workshop creates a distinction between the two, “to be happy” or “not to be unhappy” and empowers you to reflect on how your current actions are directed.
Happy Employee with less skills,or Not so happy employee with more skills ? If your answer is Happy employee, you have probably already discovered that happy employees are 500% more productive.
How about training the ‘not-so-happy’ employees to find happiness at work? Don't you think it is a much easier, cost effective and faster path. Then why isn't every HR Leader trying to do it? Well, Some of the HR leaders have already done this in their companies. That is the reason, their employees never accept your offer even after you pay them 2X or 3X. What if you could not only retain your best employee but also keep them motivated, day after day, every single day.
With Employee Happiness Insurance, you finally can!!!
Hello, I'm Susheel Agarwal.I will be your coach for this 9 hours intensive workshop.
At 33 I was an average employee working in a highly competitive corporate.
I was earning a salary that I always dreamt of during my college days.
But I wasn't happy.
I felt something was missing.
There was a void inside me.
That led me to quit my corporate job and start an insurance broking company.
I realized then that the void was not due to my job but the absence of happiness at the job.
I made it a priority to seek happiness in whatever I do.
Now at 40 I am owning a reputed Insurance Broking Company valued over 10 million dollars.
100% boot strapped. Profitable from day 1.
Driven by a team of over 70 passionate people.
Serving over 400 Clients who are our Sales Ambassadors.
Surprisingly, I have more time now than ever before to do work that keeps me happy.
One day something remarkable happened.
Tupperware, one of our clients, invited me to talk about how I became a successful entrepreneur and how our team is so passionate.
In that conversation, I realized that nothing I achieved was due to exceptional intelligence or good fortune. It was possible because I inspired my team members to find happiness at work.
That realisation gave birth to a new idea and a bigger purpose for my life.
What if we thought of employee health insurance not just as a tool for managing sickness, but as a tool for preventing it in the first place?
We will have less sickness.
More healthy and productive employees.
Infact a happier India.
Thats how the "Employee Happiness Insurance Program" was born.
And those secrets of how to create your own Employee happiness insurance program will be shared in my next "From HR to CEO" workshop.

What you need is intention and sincere efforts to learn and implement the strategies. Most of the strategies can be implemented by HR at no cost or minor cost to the organisation.
Research says that happiness is dependent on 50% genetics, 10% on circumstances and 40% on what we do and think.
The key to happiness lies not in changing your genes (which is impossible) or changing your circumstances (which has little impact and is often impractical, or downright impossible), but in changing factors under your voluntary control—actions you take and thoughts you think.
Large part of our actions and thoughts are influenced by our workplace environment and our Lifestyle.
Our Lifestyle is not helping much. It is constantly asking us to consume more, earn more, be more competitive — and that’s the opposite of happiness.
And that is why, there is strong need to have a happy workplace environment.
The power of a happy workplace can help a person to remain in a stage of happiness — even in a fiercely competitive workplace.
And Happiness is contagious.
This is our first and most crucial step in creating a happy workplace.
If we are to create a plan for happiness at work and assign responsibility, then it starts from one knowing the fundamentals of creating a happy workplace.
In the past, it was the organizations that chose employees. Nowadays, it's the employees who decide which organizations they want to work for.
Traditionally, employees were the ones who sold themselves to organisations.
However, HR is now the one selling to employees.
Until the date of joining, they do not know whether the employee who took the offer will show up.
Talent today wants to be engaged, and wants to be rewarded for their inventiveness and creativity.
They want an environment that will help them grow and evolve.
In order for them to be able to perform at their best, they need a work environment where everyone collaborates.
Essentially, they are seeking a happy and productive workplace.
A lot of our employees want to imitate other people and have the things they have.
They think having those things will make them happy.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Every one of them is an entirely unique being.
This means that each employee will need to find their own secret formula for happiness.
We should only help them find their secret formula for happiness.
Who will be more happier. Is the employee getting 1 lac per month while his peers are getting 1.5 lac per month or is the employee getting 90K per month while his peers are getting 80K per month? You probably answered the latter. It's true that money can give instant happiness, but it lasts only for a few days.
The first part of this evaluation will require you to take note of your emotions. Since your emotions often change with each moment, you will have to track them often. At the end of each day, review the emotions that you experienced during that day.
Note them down in a journal or notebook, and do this at different points in the entire day. Repeat this for thirty days. Over time, the day to day variances in your emotional state will be eliminated. When the month ends, you will have a good understanding of your emotional state and actually how happy you are. This might take you just about five minutes each night.
Becoming aware of how your emotions work is a much more accurate way of measuring your happiness than thinking about how you feel.
Given all other variables are the same, we should look at When an employee is happy, why would they want to change jobs?
Perhaps something happened to make them unhappy at their current job.
Using the formula in our "from HR to CEO program" can help us decide whether to hire or reject the candidate.
Some of the signs of a low Happiness level that you should look out for in your employees include:
The baby boomer generation worked for survival, that is food, medicine, a house, education, and clothes.
Generation X worked hard for respect. They raised their children with the best education and upbringing.
Millennials and Gen Zers are working for fulfillment, and a bigger cause. They need a place of work where they can keep improving their skills so that they can start making an impact on the world.
Yes, a happy work environment will help you retain good employees. You will also be able to ensure your organization has the right employees.
Considering the fact that AI and Robotics have already started replacing transactional jobs.
"In the future, the business functions will blur;
Probably there will be no separate HR, admin, accounts, or sales functions."
Every employee will play the role of HR, accounts, and a sales guy for the organization. This would result in transforming every employee into leaders, each playing the role of the CEO of an organization.
And the job of the real CEO will just get limited to that of an HR.
Most importantly, the future of HR has already arrived, faster than anticipated as a result of the recent pandemic.
Yes, the lowest point of your happiness can be the happiest point for someone else.
Because negative emotions are louder than positive emotions. If you look at the newspaper today, there are more negative stories than positive stories. That's because newspaper companies know that negative stories sell better than positive ones. People are naturally moody. Staying positive requires conscious effort.
Anyone who has ever hit a milestone in their physical fitness routine, knows that happiness can be found in getting one’s body into shape. The sense of fulfilment that comes from hitting targets cannot be bought. Scientifically, physical fitness activities are linked with the increase of endorphins and anti-bodies. Endorphins and anti-bodies boost the body system making a person healthy, and a healthy person is a happy person.
Happy, focused people have been shown to be 500% more productive, according to one study. They can be focused because their minds are free from the cloudy, depressing sounds of sadness. And when we are productive, we get a sense of achievement that leaves us satisfied.
The working dynamics of a small organization and that of a large organization differ greatly. The level of employee engagement in these places is dependent on employee count. When designing a workplace strategy that has employee happiness as its goal, remember to put employee count into consideration. The strategy for each company will be one that is designed to handle the number of employees in each organization.
No, because every organization’s demography is different.
The current culture of any organization is a result of
Geographical influences like whether, food etc
Employees background factors like their upbringing, value systems etc
Vision of Organization
Industry in which company is operating, and
Political influences
Each organization needs to have a different strategy depending on the above dynamics. However, the framework discussed in the workshop forms the foundation that should be adopted to create the strategy.
