Non payable expenses : The non payable items under the health insurance policy would be paid by the company up to the basic sum uninsured limit mentioned under the policy. These items should be prescribed by the treating doctor and billed for during the insured person’s hospitalization.

Complementary preventive health checkup : The company would provide a complementary preventive health checkup for all the insured persons over 17 years of age once during the policy year. The complementary health checkup would be available only in the empanelled hospitals which are tied up with the insurance company.

Health status rewards: The company would provide an additional discount of up to 5% in the premium at the time of renewal if the results of the insured person’s laboratory tests meet the stipulated criteria set by the insurer. This option would be exercised only if the insured person has undergone the preventive health checkup in the previous policy period.

Fitness status reward: The company would provide an additional 5% on the renewal premium if the insured person has completed 4000 steps per day for a minimum of 250 days in the previous policy period and thereafter 1% incremental discount for every 1000 steps completed.
