Iffco tokio general insurance company offers both reimbursement and cashless claim settlement facility.

The cashless claim settlement facility is available only in the network hospitals that are tied up with the company.

  • Reimbursement of claim can be availed after receiving the treatment and sending the duly filled claim form with all the original documents to the insurance company.
    It is advisable to call the toll free number 1800 103 5499 and register the claim. The claim should be lodged within 7 days from the date of discharge.
  • Cashless claim settlement can be availed with the health card from the hosptial directly.
