Acko health insurance plans:

• The minimum entry age under the Acko health insurance plan is 91 days and there is no maximum entry age under the plan. The maximum entry age for Critical illness & Personal accident benefits is 65 years under the plan.
• The health insurance policy can be purchased for 1 year/ 2 years/ 3 years.
• The minimum and maximum sum insured available under the Acko health insurance plan is Rs.3 Lakhs and Rs.10 Crore.
• Pre and post hospitalization expenses are covered up to 60 days prior to hospitalization and 120 days after the hospitalization.
• Road ambulance benefit is payable up to sum insured depending on the plan opted
• Domestic emergency evacuation is available under the plan up to the sum insured limit.
• Organ donor expenses are covered up to the sum insured mentioned under the plan
• Expenses incurred on the second opinion are also covered upto the sum insured.
• Annual preventive health checkups are available for all the insured persons above 18 years of age under the health insurance plan for each policy year.
• Inflation protection sum insured option in which the base sum insured would be increased up to 50% in the subsequent year if the policy is renewed or active with Acko general insurance.
• Restoration of basic sum insured up to 100% upon the exhaustion of the basic sum insured and any accrued no claim bonus.
• Worldwide in-patient hospitalization benefit available if the insured customer is availing in-patient hospitalization anywhere in the World.
• The restoration of sum insured can be done an unlimited number of times during the policy period.
• Doctor on call option is allowed up to unlimited number of times during the policy period.
• Daily hospital cash benefit up to Rs,10,000 per day is given in case of continuous hospitalization for a certain period of time.
